This is a community-driven project to provide simulations for TBC Classes & Raids together with the leading theorycrafters and class representatives. That link is as close as we have right now, but I don't think there are any plans for cloud based sims (more iteration). Damage patterns are so completely different on fights that it is really difficult to come up with an accurate simulation to model healers.
